To secure your trekking or tour booking, we require a minimum 50% advance payment of the total trip cost.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team immediately begins arranging permits, accommodation, transportation, guides, porters, operational logistics, and other essential services to ensure your Himalayan adventure is well organized.
The remaining balance is payable in Nepal before your trip begins, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
We understand that travel plans sometimes need to change.
If you cannot travel on your original departure date, simply contact us in writing as soon as possible.
Whenever eligible under our Terms & Conditions, we will gladly assist you in postponing your trip to a future departure date, subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.
Our experienced team will work with you to make the rescheduling process as smooth and convenient as possible.
Although our company follows a No Cash Refund Policy, we always aim to ensure that eligible payments remain valuable.
Depending on the circumstances and our Terms & Conditions, the amount you have already paid may be applied toward a future trekking or tour package instead of being lost.

Rather than losing the opportunity to experience Nepal, eligible travelers may postpone their trekking or tour and arrange a future departure date, subject to availability and our Terms & Conditions.
Our team will gladly assist you throughout the rescheduling process and help you plan another suitable departure when you are ready to travel.
Please note that postponed trips may be subject to seasonal price differences, itinerary adjustments, permit regulations, or operational changes that may apply at the time of rebooking.

If you cancel your trip more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, the applicable cancellation charges will be deducted according to our Terms & Conditions.
Where eligible, the remaining balance after applicable cancellation charges may be applied toward a future trekking or tour package with Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd.
If you cancel your booking between 15 and 29 days before your scheduled departure, cancellation charges will apply in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, any eligible remaining balance may be used for a future trip with our company.
If you cancel your trip within 15 days of your scheduled departure date, or after arriving in Nepal, no refund or travel credit can be provided.
This is because permits, accommodation, transportation, guides, porters, and other operational services have already been confirmed and paid for prior to your arrival.

All payments made toward trekking, tours, expeditions, permits, transportation, accommodation, guide services, porter services, and other confirmed arrangements are non-refundable.
