Poon Hill Mardi Himal Trek 9 Days

Ghorepani Poon Hill –Mardi Himal Trek  -9 Days

Trekking Staring in Kathmandu on Day 1and Finishing in Pokhara on Day 9

Overview

The Ghorepani Poon Hill & Mardi Himal Trek is a beautiful combination of two scenic trekking experiences in the Annapurna region of Nepal.

The first part of the journey follows the famous Ghorepani and Poon Hill route, passing through traditional mountain villages, terraced farmland and beautiful rhododendron forests. Poon Hill, at approximately 3,210 meters, is renowned for its spectacular sunrise and panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.

The classic Poon Hill trek can normally be completed in around 4–5 days. In this itinerary, instead of finishing the trek at Ghandruk, we continue toward the quieter Mardi Himal trekking area. The trail then passes through Forest Camp, Low Camp, High Camp and Badal Danda before descending to Sidding.

This combined trek offers an excellent opportunity to experience traditional Himalayan villages, mountain culture, beautiful forests, spectacular sunrise views and the quieter highland landscapes of the Mardi Himal region.

The journey begins in Kathmandu on Day in Kathandu  and concludes in Pokhara on 9 Day.
