We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing information for travelers planning trekking and hiking adventures in Nepal.
Prices shown on our website are generally based on our standard group departures. The final price may vary depending on the trek, travel dates, group size, services required, accommodation, transportation, permits, and other trip arrangements.
Published prices on our trek pages are generally based on joining a scheduled group departure. Group departures allow travelers to share certain trekking services and arrangements with other participants and can provide a more economical option.
Please review the individual trek page for details of the services included and excluded from the published price, as these may differ from one trek to another.
Private and individually guided treks may have different prices from our published group departure rates.
Private treks are arranged exclusively for your own family, friends, or travel group. Individually guided trips can also be arranged according to your preferred dates, itinerary, walking pace, accommodation, transportation, and other requirements.
Because these trips are organized according to individual requirements, the final price is calculated based on the specific arrangements requested.
We also arrange customized trekking itineraries in Nepal. Depending on your requirements, we can discuss adjustments to the trekking duration, route, walking schedule, accommodation, transportation, and other trip arrangements.
The price of a customized trek will depend on the itinerary and services required.
Trekking prices can vary due to factors such as:
• Trekking route and duration
• Number of travelers
• Travel dates and trekking season
• Group or private arrangements
• Accommodation requirements
• Domestic flights and ground transportation
• Trekking permits and conservation area fees
• Guide and porter requirements
• Changes in local operating costs
• Special or customized arrangements
For this reason, the price displayed on our website should be understood as the price applicable to the stated trip arrangement and not necessarily the price for every type of booking.
We recommend contacting us before booking to confirm the latest price, availability, departure dates, and services included in your preferred trip.
This is particularly important for private, individually guided, and customized treks, where the price may differ from the published group departure rate.
Before your booking is finalized, we will confirm the agreed itinerary, services, price, payment requirements, and other relevant booking conditions with you.
We encourage every traveler to review the proposed arrangements carefully and ask any questions before confirming their trip.
We believe travelers should have clear information before making a booking. If you are unsure whether a published price applies to your preferred travel arrangement, please contact us and we will be happy to clarify the available options.
For the most accurate and up-to-date price, availability, and booking information, please contact us directly.
